When you partner with us for your event, we provide an intuitive and comprehensive planning portal to help you customize every detail. This planning form includes:

A detailed and thorough questionnaire
Music selection tools (Ceremony, Grand Entrance, First Dance, and more)
Playlist submission options (Must-Plays, Do-Not-Plays, special requests, etc.)

Your music selections help us determine the overall vibe you want to create. Whether you're looking for classic millennial hits, R&B and hip-hop, EDM, country, or anything in between—you set the direction, and we’ll bring it to life!

The Wedding PROCESS

While everyone loves the idea of a beautiful, special, and fun wedding, the reality is that planning one takes a lot of work. It’s an incredibly important day, which means it requires organization, timing, and problem-solving to make it a success.
To make your day run smoothly, we’re here to support you with tools that make planning your wedding fun and easy. You’ll have access to our user-friendly online planning portal, where you can select music, create your timeline, and design your program with ease. Two to three weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet to go over every detail, ensuring your wedding is exactly how you envision it.
It’s here: the ceremony. This sacred moment marks the promises of your new future together. We’ll provide you with a concert-quality sound system, managed by our professional sound engineers, who will ensure your special moments go uninterrupted. Together, we’ll review your ceremony music list in advance, so every song is perfectly timed to enhance the experience.
The part your guests look forward to the most! Now, you can relax and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while we handle the music. During cocktail hour, your guests will enjoy a fantastic mix of songs crafted to set the perfect atmosphere. This is the ideal time for those songs that you might not dance to, but both of you absolutely love. We’ll create a custom mix featuring your favorite requests, ensuring the vibe is uniquely yours.
Party Time! This is your moment to celebrate with all your friends, family, and loved ones! A: Yes. You must work with a licensed and insured Day Of Coordinator or Planner for your event. We will not accept clients without one.
A: Sure! Our packages are designed based on demand. However, they might not suit everyone. We'd be happy to create a custom package that fits your needs!
A: When you contact us, we'll let you know who is available for your date. If there are multiple DJs, you can choose who you want for your event.
