While everyone loves the idea of a beautiful, special, and fun wedding, the reality is that planning one takes a lot of work. It’s an incredibly important day, which means it requires organization, timing, and problem-solving to make it a success.
To make your day run smoothly, we’re here to support you with tools that make planning your wedding fun and easy. You’ll have access to our user-friendly online planning portal, where you can select music, create your timeline, and design your program with ease. Two to three weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet to go over every detail, ensuring your wedding is exactly how you envision it.

We’ll provide you with a concert-quality sound system, managed by our professional sound engineers, who will ensure your special moments go uninterrupted. Together, we’ll review your ceremony music list in advance, so every song is perfectly timed to enhance the experience.

The part your guests look forward to the most! Now, you can relax and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while we handle the music. During cocktail hour, your guests will enjoy a fantastic mix of songs crafted to set the perfect atmosphere. This is the ideal time for those songs that you might not dance to, but both of you absolutely love. We’ll create a custom mix featuring your favorite requests, ensuring the vibe is uniquely yours.

A smooth wedding reception depends on thoughtful planning and attention to detail—and as you can imagine, that’s just the beginning!
