Meet with us to discuss your celebration, review package options, and ensure we’re the perfect fit!

03 · Book

Ready to book? Secure your date with a signed contract and a 25% retainer fee

04 · Collaborate

We’ll support you every step of the way during the planning phase. Use our online portal to select your music and create your event timeline. About 2-3 weeks before the event, we’ll meet to finalize every detail, including music selection, festivities, and the timeline.

05 · Celebrate

Sit back, relax, and enjoy your special day as we bring your vision to life!

How It Works

When you partner with us for your event, we provide an intuitive and comprehensive planning portal to help you customize every detail. This planning form includes:

A detailed and thorough questionnaire
Music selection tools (Ceremony, Grand Entrance, First Dance, and more)
Playlist submission options (Must-Plays, Do-Not-Plays, special requests, etc.)

Your music selections help us determine the overall vibe you want to create. Whether you're looking for classic millennial hits, R&B and hip-hop, EDM, country, or anything in between—you set the direction and we’ll bring it to life!

A: At Insaiyan Entertainment, our DJs work in an open format. We provide a planning form to help capture the vibe you want. While our DJs have their own preferences, they are well-versed in many music genres.
A: Your wedding day investment will be around $3000
A: We can discuss your budget and will consider different factors related to it.
A: Yes. You must work with a licensed and insured Day Of Coordinator or Planner for your event. We will not accept clients without one.
A: Sure! Our packages are designed based on demand. However, they might not suit everyone. We'd be happy to create a custom package that fits your needs!
A: When you contact us, we'll let you know who is available for your date. If there are multiple DJs, you can choose who you want for your event.
