Welcome to Insaiyan Entertainment. By accessing our website at www.insaiyanent.com or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Insaiyan Entertainment provides event entertainment services including but not limited to DJ services, Emcee services, photo booths, claw machine rentals, live merch bars, sticker bars, uplighting, and equipment rentals. Submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a booking or guarantee of availability.

2. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. Availability is not held until a contract is executed. Insaiyan Entertainment reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our inquiry form or any other means, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Insaiyan Entertainment. These messages may include:

  • Responses to your event inquiry
  • Booking confirmations and updates
  • Event reminders and logistical communications
  • Follow-up messages related to your event

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance reply HELP or contact us at info@insaiyanent.com.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Contractor Terms

Independent contractors working with Insaiyan Entertainment, including DJs and Emcees, agree to receive SMS notifications regarding event availability requests as part of their working relationship with us. These messages are strictly operational and limited to event coordination. Contractors may opt out by notifying Insaiyan Entertainment directly.

5. Wedding Coordinator Requirement

For all wedding bookings, clients are required to partner with a licensed and insured day-of coordinator. Insaiyan Entertainment must be in communication with the coordinator no later than three months prior to the event date. Failure to provide coordinator contact information by this deadline may result in cancellation of services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in the individual service contract signed at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Insaiyan Entertainment reserves the right to cancel services in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, or emergencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Insaiyan Entertainment and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Insaiyan Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Insaiyan Entertainment operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
