Welcome to Insaiyan Entertainment. By accessing or using our website located at www.insaiyanent.com, submitting an inquiry, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Insaiyan Entertainment provides professional event entertainment services including, but not limited to:

  • DJ Services

  • Emcee Services

  • Photo Booth Rentals

  • Claw Machine Rentals

  • Live Merch Bars

  • Sticker Bars

  • Uplighting

  • Audio/Visual Enhancements

  • Event Equipment Rentals

Submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking, reservation, or guarantee of availability. All services are subject to availability and approval.

2. Bookings & Deposits

Bookings are considered confirmed only after:

  • A service agreement or contract has been signed by all required parties; and

  • The required deposit has been received.

Insaiyan Entertainment does not hold dates without a signed agreement and deposit payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms, inquiry forms, planning tools, contractor onboarding forms, or other communication methods, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Insaiyan Entertainment.

These messages may include:

  • Event inquiry responses

  • Booking confirmations and updates

  • Event reminders

  • Planning and coordination communications

  • Staffing and contractor notifications

  • Customer support messages

  • Promotional or marketing communications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@insaiyanent.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Insaiyan Entertainment does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Contractor Communications

Independent contractors, DJs, Emcees, performers, and event staff affiliated with Insaiyan Entertainment may receive SMS communications related to:

  • Event availability requests

  • Scheduling updates

  • Staffing coordination

  • Event reminders

  • Operational communications

These messages are strictly related to the contractor’s business relationship with Insaiyan Entertainment. Contractors may opt out of SMS communications by contacting management directly; however, opting out may impact staffing communication efficiency.

5. Wedding Coordinator Requirement

For all wedding bookings, clients are required to retain a licensed and insured day-of coordinator or wedding planner.

Insaiyan Entertainment must receive the coordinator’s contact information no later than three (3) months prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to provide coordinator information by this deadline may result in limitations to service execution and may constitute grounds for cancellation of services at our discretion.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are outlined within each individual service agreement or contract.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Payments made toward reserved dates may be non-refundable due to the nature of event scheduling and date reservation.

Insaiyan Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Venue restrictions or closures

  • Equipment failure

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Acts of God

  • Government restrictions

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative solutions when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, images, videos, written content, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Insaiyan Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse this website or attempt to:

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Insaiyan Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Washington.

11. Changes to These Terms

Insaiyan Entertainment reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
